Guizhou Tiandi Pharmaceutical Launches the 2026 Golden Autumn Student Aid & Employee Assistance Program

The Company carried out warm assistance for employees in 2026, focusing on difficulties related to children’s education and family medical treatment. With tangible support, the Company helps employees overcome hardships and delivers corporate care, so every dedicated employee can feel the protection and warmth from the enterprise.

The golden autumn marks the season for new college admissions. To ease the financial burden of employees whose children have been admitted to universities, the Company’s trade union fully launched the student aid program in August, in accordance with the 2026 'Golden Autumn Student Aid' initiative of Xingyi Federation of Trade Unions and the Company’s long-term implementation plan.

During the campaign, trade union staff strictly followed the principles of fairness, impartiality and transparency to collect documents, sort information, verify qualifications and submit applications, with all procedures conducted rigorously and in good order. The Xingyi Federation of Trade Unions completed multi-layer reviews including document examination and on-site factory verification, and finally announced that 51 employee households across the city were approved for student aid.

Since the launch of its Golden Autumn Student Aid program in 2022, Guizhou Tiandi Pharmaceutical has awarded grants to 64 employees’ children admitted to universities over five years, with a total disbursement of 137,000 yuan. In 2026, 13 employees’ children from our Company were admitted to universities. Among them, 10 passed the review by Xingyi Federation of Trade Unions and received municipal-level Golden Autumn student aid.

For three employees, Fan Li, Lu Dingxiang and Yang Zhao, their children failed to obtain municipal grants as the per capita monthly household income slightly exceeded the municipal aid threshold. To provide a safety net of care, the Company rolled out internal support policies and awarded a special scholarship of 2,000 yuan to each of the three students. With dedicated corporate support, the Company paves the way for their academic pursuit, ensuring no hardworking employee or aspiring student is left without care.

Beyond the Golden Autumn student aid, the Company’s trade union continues to deepen assistance for employees in need. It identifies households burdened by medical expenses from severe illnesses, sudden accidents and high healthcare costs, extending timely help to erect an 'umbrella of protection' for employee families.

Wu Fuyan, working in the small-volume injection workshop of the Production Department, faced successive family crises in 2026. Her daughter was diagnosed with Neuromyelitis Optica, a rare disease, in January, incurring heavy medical bills. Between March and September 2026, Wu Fuyan underwent three surgeries: right tibial fracture repair, acute appendicitis and peritonitis treatment, and breast tumor surgery. Mounting medical costs plunged her family into financial difficulty. Aware of her situation, the Company granted a medical subsidy of 1,000 yuan to ease her family’s burden and help them weather the crisis.

Fu Renfei, a deaf-mute employee in the small-volume injection workshop, works diligently and performs his duties earnestly. On June 15, 2026, he was hospitalized for acute cholecystitis with complications. His out-of-pocket medical expenses reached 15,330 yuan, imposing a heavy strain on his family. To alleviate his financial pressure and pass on corporate care, the Company issued a 1,000-yuan medical subsidy to warm his heart with practical support.

Student aid builds dreams and assistance comforts those in need. From supporting students through Golden Autumn grants to easing medical hardships for employees, every initiative and every subsidy embodies the Company’s humanistic care and commitment to employee wellbeing.
