News | Secretary Qiu Zhengguo of the Prefectural Party Committee and His Entourage Conduct an Inspection at Guizhou Tiandi Pharmaceutical

On September 15, Qiu Zhengguo, Secretary of the Qianxinan Prefectural Party Committee, carried out an inspection on primary-level Party building work in Xingyi City. He stressed the need to thoroughly study and implement Xi Jinping Thought on Party Building, General Secretary Xi Jinping’s important expositions on working methods for primary-level work and his important speeches delivered during his inspection tour of Guizhou, consistently strengthen the grassroots foundation, and let high-quality Party building lead and underpin high-quality development. Zhao Gang and Yang Guangyong, leaders of the prefecture, accompanied the inspection.

At Hetang Junyuan Community in Jushan Sub-district, Qiu Zhengguo inspected the operation of the “Red Property” mechanism on the spot. He emphasized that Party organizations in residential communities should fully play their role, continuously advance the in-depth integration of property services and community governance, and better resolve the trivial, troublesome and worrying issues of residents. At Guizhou Tiandi Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd., Qiu Zhengguo affirmed the company’s practice of integrating Party building into production and operation. He stressed that efforts should be made to continuously improve the quality of Party building work in emerging fields to better empower corporate production and operation. At Pingzhai Village in Maling Sub-district and Xiagu Community in Jushan Sub-district, Qiu Zhengguo heard reports on primary-level organization development. He pointed out that village and community Party and government leadership teams should be selected and strengthened, and robust teams should drive industrial upgrading and governance efficiency gains.

During the inspection, Qiu Zhengguo presided over a forum to hear work reports. He spoke positively of the progress of primary-level Party building across the prefecture in recent years. He stressed that primary-level Party organizations constitute the foundation of all the Party’s work and its combat effectiveness.

We must uphold the clear orientation of focusing on the grassroots level, establish and practice a correct view of political performance, and further reinforce the conviction that “effectively managing Party building is our bounden duty; neglecting Party building is dereliction of duty; failing to manage Party building well is incompetence”. We shall coordinate the development of primary-level Party organizations in all fields so that they can fully serve as battle fortresses in promoting reform, development and stability.

We shall deepen Party building-led sound grassroots governance, select and strengthen Party organization leadership teams for residential communities, guide Party members and the public to take the initiative to serve the overall work and participate in community governance, and improve the quality of Party building in residential compounds.

We shall continue to push forward the establishment of Party organizations in property service enterprises, ensure Party organizations are established wherever conditions permit and function effectively, deepen the rectification of prominent problems in property services, better empower grassroots governance, and expand and improve Party building in the property sector.

We shall place Party building in emerging fields in a prominent position, consolidate and deepen the achievements of “organizational coverage and work coverage”, advance the organic integration of Party building with production and operation, entrepreneurship and employment, social services and other undertakings, and continuously expand and deepen Party building work in emerging fields.
