【Ingredients】

The main ingredient of this product is ofloxacin, chemical name: (±)-9-fluoro-2,3-dihydro-3-methyl-10-(4-methyl-1-piperazinyl)-7-oxo-7H-pyridino[1,2,3-de]-[1,4] benzooxazine-6-carboxylic acid.

This product is a light yellow-green clear liquid.

【Indications】

Suitable for sensitive bacteria:

1、Urogenital infections, including simple, complex urinary tract infections, bacterial prostatitis, Neisseria gonorrhea urethritis or cervicitis (including those caused by enzyme-producing strains). Since serious adverse reactions have been reported to be caused by fluoroquinolones (including ofloxacin sodium chloride injection), and for some patients, simple urinary tract infection is self-limiting, ofloxacin sodium chloride injection should be used only when there is no other drug treatment.

2、Respiratory tract infections, including acute attacks of chronic bronchial infection and pulmonary infection caused by sensitive Gram-negative bacilli. Since severe adverse reactions have been reported to be caused by fluoroquinolones (including ofloxacin sodium chloride injection), and for some patients, the acute attack of chronic bronchitis is self-limiting, and ofloxacin sodium chloride injection should be used only when there is no other drug treatment.

3、Gastrointestinal infection is caused by Shigella, Salmonella, enterotoxin-producing Escherichia coli, Aeromonas hydrophilicus, Vibrio parahemolyses, etc.

4、Typhoid fever。

5、Bone and joint infections。

6、Skin soft tissue infection。

7、septicemia。

【Adverse reactions】

1、Gastrointestinal reactions: abdominal discomfort or pain, diarrhea, nausea or vomiting.

2、Occasionally, it can occur: (1) Interstitial nephritis such as hematuria, fever, and rash. (2) Pheitis. (3) Crystalline urine is more common when used at high doses. (4) Joint pain.

3、A few patients may experience increased serum aminotransferase, increased blood urea nitrogen, and decreased peripheral blood leukocytes. The symptoms of irritation at the injection site are mostly mild and transient.
