【Ingredients】

 The main component of this product is fluconazole, and its chemical name is: α-(2,4-difluorophenyl)-α-(1H-1,2,4-triazole-1-ylmethyl)-1H-1,2,4-triazole-1-ylethanol.

【Indications】

 This product is mainly used in patients with severe symptoms among the following indications；

  1、Candida disease: used to treat oropharyngeal and esophageal Candida infection; disseminated candida diseases, including peritonitis, pneumonia, urinary tract infection, etc.; Candida vulvovaginitis. It can also be used to prevent the occurrence of Candida infection when patients with bone marrow transplantation receive cytotoxic drugs or radiation treatment.

  2、Cryptococcosis: used to treat novel cryptococcal disease other than meninges; when treating cryptococcal meningitis, this product can be used as a maintenance treatment drug after initial treatment of amphotericin B combined with flucytosine.

  3、Coccidioidosis.

  4、This product can also replace itraconazole for the treatment of bacteriomycosis and histoplasmosis.

【Adverse reactions】
