Spring surges to usher in a new chapter, and it is the prime time to forge ahead with resolve. To help new employees quickly integrate into the big family of Tiandi Pharmaceutical, strengthen their awareness of organizational discipline, consolidate work regulations, enhance their sense of corporate belonging and team cohesion, and support them in role transition and quick adaptation to work, Guizhou Tiandi Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. carefully organized induction training for the first batch of new recruits of 2026 on March 23–24. Nearly 20 new employees gathered to embark on a two-day learning and empowerment journey.

Since its launch, this new recruitment drive has strictly followed the principles of selecting the best from outstanding candidates and matching the right people to suitable positions. On March 16, the company conducted unified interviews and pre-job physical examinations. Through professional competency assessments, rigorous qualification reviews and comprehensive health checks, nearly 20 outstanding talents with sound comprehensive qualities and great potential were selected from more than 60 applicants, injecting fresh vitality into the enterprise.

As the first lesson for new employees to integrate into the company, this pre-job training was overall planned and well prepared by the Administration Department. Leaders and senior instructors from core departments including the Production Department, General Technology Department, Administration Department and Work Safety Committee were invited to deliver lectures. The training curriculum is practical and targeted. It covers compulsory courses such as the company’s development history, corporate culture, organizational structure and rules and regulations, enabling new employees to gain a full understanding of the enterprise, clarify codes of conduct and strengthen awareness of labor discipline. It also includes professional courses involving job responsibilities, business processes, work safety specifications and key operational techniques, helping new staff master core job skills efficiently and reduce adaptation costs.
