The interviewer Tao Guilong comes from a packaging position in the large infusion workshop. He graduated from the Pharmaceutical Management Major of Qiannan Vocational and Technical College. I have participated in the on-site QA position to test whether I am backward. I see that my colleagues around me are excellent and I need to keep improving.

The interviewee Long Wenkai joined the company in August 2024, working in the large infusion workshop on water production. He graduated from the Medical Information Engineering program at Zunyi Medical University. He said: When I saw the recruitment announcement, I thought I must seize the opportunity to participate. Even if I am not successful, it is still a way to challenge myself, and it also allows the company's management to get to know me.

Currently, the interview assessment results of seven candidates have been released. The final candidate, Yan Xing, who graduated from Xi'an Medical College with a major in Pharmacy and is an employee from the preparation position in the small water needle workshop, stood out among the seven candidates due to his solid professional knowledge, strong communication skills, and proficiency in commonly used office software, and has been selected as the proposed candidate for the QA position in the Quality Assurance Department.
