News | The Third Phase of Work-Related Injury Prevention Training by Qianxinan Bureau of Human Resources and Social Security Successfully Conducted at Our Company

o further enhance corporate capabilities in preventing work-related injuries and ensure the safety and health of employees, the third phase of the Work-Related Injury Prevention Enterprise Training event, organized by the Qianxinan Bureau of Human Resources and Social Security, was successfully held at Guizhou Tiandi Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. on the morning of January 30. The event specially invited Chen Dongfang, Technical Manager and Gold Medal Trainer from Chengdu Yixun, to deliver a practical and engaging training session on work-related injury prevention and first aid skills for the company's employees.

The training focused on two core themes: 'Self- and Mutual Rescue at Accident Sites' and 'Enhancing Work-Related Injury Prevention Capabilities.' Through a combination of theoretical explanations and practical demonstrations, Chen Dongfang systematically taught cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR), the operation of automated external defibrillators (AEDs), and the four fundamental techniques of trauma first aid: hemostasis, bandaging, immobilization, and transportation. Under the guidance of the trainer, participating employees engaged in on-site simulations, immersing themselves in mastering the key steps and operational essentials of emergency response.

Additionally, the training highlighted an innovative practice in injury prevention—the 'Self-Inspection & Training Platform' mini-program. Employees were guided on how to log in and use the platform, followed by a training assessment. This platform leverages intelligent tools to help companies independently identify risks and strengthen employee safety training, providing digital support for continuously improving the company's safety management standards.

The training was substantive and results-oriented, not only enhancing employees' safety awareness and emergency self- and mutual rescue capabilities but also providing robust support for the company to further solidify its safety foundation and reduce work-related injuries.
