News | Occupational Injury Prevention Enters Enterprises and Raises Safety Awareness

On February 18, Luo Dingguo, member of the Party Leadership Group of the Qianxinan Prefecture Human Resources and Social Security Bureau and Director of the Prefecture Social Insurance Administration, led a team to visit our company for a specialized research visit on workplace injury prevention and convened a thematic meeting. This research aimed to further promote the implementation of workplace injury insurance policies, assist the company in improving its workplace safety protection system, and effectively safeguard the safety and health of employees. Liu Zhengchao, Chairman and General Manager of the company, along with some management personnel and frontline team leaders, attended the meeting.

At the research meeting, Director Luo Dingguo delivered a speech focusing on topics such as workplace injury insurance contributions, payments from the workplace injury fund, workplace injury determination, and the development of workplace injury prevention systems. He also listed cases of personal injury in production one by one. He emphasized that improving workplace injury prevention is crucial for protecting employees' rights and promoting the sustainable development of enterprises. The human resources and social security departments across the prefecture will continue to optimize services to shift workplace injury insurance from 'post-accident compensation' to 'pre-accident prevention.' He expressed hope that the company would effectively implement its primary responsibility and integrate workplace safety concepts throughout the entire production and operation process.

Liu Zhengchao, Chairman and General Manager of the company, provided a detailed report on the company's basic situation and recent achievements in safety management. He stated that the company always prioritizes workplace safety, strictly fulfills its corporate social responsibilities, and safeguards the lives, safety, and health of its employees. Moving forward, the company will further strengthen daily safety education, identify potential hazards from the details, enhance safety in production operations and commuting vehicle safety, and take multiple measures to reduce the incidence of workplace injuries, achieving common development for both employees and the enterprise.

Subsequently, Qi Jianbing, a trainer from the Yixun Work Injury Prevention Expert Team, systematically explained the Yixun Work Injury Prevention mini-program to the attendees and employee representatives, introduced the enterprise service plan, and combined industry-specific characteristics with typical cases to provide targeted training on workplace injury prevention and risk assessment guidance. The training covered core content such as standardized equipment operation, the use of protective gear, and emergency response procedures. The explanations delved into the causes of accidents and key prevention points in an accessible manner, helping the company enhance the professionalism of its safety management.

This research activity demonstrated the pragmatic approach of government departments in actively serving enterprises and strengthening workplace safety defenses. It also built a bridge for communication and collaboration between the company and professional institutions. Through the joint efforts of the government, enterprises, and experts, workplace injury prevention work will be further advanced, creating a safer working environment for the company's employees and injecting steady momentum into the company's high-quality development.
