To help new employees integrate into the Tiandi Pharmaceutical family more quickly and effectively, strengthen the concept of organizational discipline, strictly adhere to the company's labor discipline, enhance a sense of belonging, and quickly enter the work state. From February 13 to February 15, Guizhou Tiandi Pharmaceutical will conduct a three-day onboarding training for the first batch of new employees in 2025.

In this recruitment process, nearly 32 new employees stood out from over 80 interviewees. The pre-job training was organized by the Administration Department, with participation from leaders and instructors from the Production Department, GMP Office, Administration Department, and the Safety Committee.

During the three-day onboarding training, the Administration Department introduced the company from four dimensions: company profile, team culture, rules and regulations, and employee benefits, allowing new employees to have a comprehensive understanding of the company's history, business philosophy, and development strategy, systematically understand the company's organizational structure and rules, cultivate a sense of identity with the corporate culture, and enhance team cohesion; the GMP office provided a detailed explanation of the basic knowledge of injectable drug manufacturing, product production processes, and quality requirements, accompanied by practical case analyses, making it easier and more impressive for new colleagues to learn! Liu Xiangdong, the director of the Safety Committee Office and the head of the Engineering Department, provided a professional analysis of the safety production regulations to new employees, strictly requiring them to comply with relevant systems.

Onboarding training is like a bright lamp for every new employee, guiding them to gradually familiarize themselves with and adapt to the organizational environment, find their own role positioning, and fully showcase their personal talents. The successful implementation of this onboarding training for new employees will inject more fresh blood into Tiandi Pharmaceutical and accumulate talent strength for the company's future development.
