【Ingredients】

 The main component of this product is ciprofloxacin lactate, and its chemical name is: 1-cyclopropyl-6-fluoro-1, 4-dihydro-4-oxo-7-(1-piperazinyl)-3-quinoline carboxylic acid lactate.

【Sexual】This product is a colorless or almost colorless clear liquid.

【Indications】For sensitive bacteria：

 1. Urogenital infections, including simple, complex urinary tract infections, bacterial prostatitis, Neisseria gonorrhea urethritis or cervicitis (including those caused by enzyme-producing strains). Since serious adverse reactions have been reported for use of fluoroquinolones (including ciprofloxacin lactate sodium chloride injection), and for some patients, simple urinary tract infection is self-limiting, ciprofloxacin lactate sodium chloride injection should be used only when there is no other drug treatment.

 2. Respiratory tract infections, including acute attacks of bronchial infection and pulmonary infection caused by sensitive Gram-negative bacilli.

 3. Gastrointestinal infection is caused by Shigella, Salmonella, enterotoxin-producing E. coli, Aeromonas hydrophilic, Vibrio parahemolyses, etc.

 4. Typhoid fever。

 5. Bone and joint infections.

 6. Skin soft tissue infection.

 7. Systemic infections such as sepsis.

【Adverse reactions】

1. Gastrointestinal reactions are more common, which can be manifested as abdominal discomfort or pain, diarrhea, nausea or vomiting, indigestion, and anorexia. If severe long-term diarrhea is found during treatment, you must consult a doctor because this may be a serious gastrointestinal disease pseudomembranous enteritis. Once this happens, the medication should be stopped immediately. Give appropriate treatment (eg, vancomycin). Disabled drugs to inhibit gastrointestinal motility.

2. Occasionally, visual abnormalities, taste impairment, tinnitus, and hearing loss. (2) Hematuria, interstitial nephritis, hepatitis, hepatic necrosis and liver failure. (3) Pheitis or thrombophitis. (4) Crystalline urine is more common when used at high doses. (5) Tachocardia, facial flushing, migraine, fainting. (6) Skin point-like bleeding (silence) blisters are formed, accompanied by bleeding (blood blisters) and scabbed small nodules (papules), stevens-Johnson and Yell syndrome. (7) Long-term and repeated use of this product can cause drug-resistant or yeast-like bacteria infection.

 3. Laboratory data abnormal: a small number of patients may experience serum aminotransferase, alkaline phosphatase elevation, cholestatic jaundice, especially in patients with liver damage, increased blood urea nitrogen, creatinine or bilirubin, and some patients may experience hyperglycemia, crystallization urine, and hematuria.

 4. Ciprofloxacin can affect the patient's ability to drive or operate a machine, especially in patients who drink alcohol at the same time.
