【Ingredients】

 The main ingredient of this product is glucose, and its chemical name is: D-(+)-glucopyranose-hydrate.

【Sexual】

 This product is a colorless or almost colorless clear liquid。

【Indications】

（1）Replenish energy and body fluids; used for insufficient food or large amounts of body fluids caused by various reasons (such as vomiting, diarrhea, etc.), total intravenous nutrition, starvation ketosis；

（2）Hypoglycemia；

（3）Hyperkalemia；

（4）Hypertonic solution is used as tissue dehydrating agent；

（5）Prepare peritoneal dialysate；

（6）Drug diluents；

（7）Intravenous glucose tolerance test；

（8）For preparation of GIK (polarized liquid) liquid。

【Adverse reactions】

（1）Phlebitis occurs when hypertonic glucose injection is injected. If large vein infusion is used, the incidence of phlebitis will decrease。

（2）Extravasation of high concentration glucose injection can cause local swelling and pain。

（3）Reactive hypoglycemia: combined with insulin overdose, the original tendency to hypoglycemia and the sudden stop of total intravenous nutrition therapy。

（4）Hyperglycemia non-ketosemia coma: more common in diabetes, stress state, use of a large amount of glucocorticoids, uremia peritoneal dialysis patients with hypertonic glucose solution and total nutrition therapy。

（5）Electrolyte disorders: Low potassium, low sodium and hypophosphatemia are prone to occur when glucose is only replenished for a long time。

（6）Those with original cardiac insufficiency。

（7）Hyperkalemia: Occasionally occur when patients with type I diabetes use high concentrations of glucose。
